My career hasn’t been linear, and I know many others experience the same.
For more than 25 years, I built a career in HR and Talent Development, supporting people through growth, change, and transition. Whilst it looked as if I had my life and career sorted, I experienced career drift.
Throughout it all, I held onto one simple belief: If you want something to change, you have to change something. That belief guided me, even with this later-career move into coaching. It helped me to reflect and rethink what mattered most, to make more intentional choices about how I wanted to work and live my life.
Coaching didn’t just become my next career move. It helped me reconnect with a sense of purpose, direction, and fulfilment that had been missing for some time.
Looking back, I wish I’d recognised the signs of career drift sooner.
Today, I bring together my coaching, HR, and Talent Development experience to help others do the same, particularly those working in HR and people-focused roles.
My role is to help you pause, think clearly, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are now, not who you were ten years ago.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do or hand you a perfect answer. It’s to help you think differently, ask better questions, and uncover the patterns or assumptions that may be keeping you stuck.
